We all know by now of my most recent foodie obsession with Greek Cuisine - and if you're not 100% satisfied that I am head of heels in love with this glorious Mediterranean nosh then you just wait til you read this blog post! This week's Greek food obsession led me to baking a cake. A Greek yogurt, lime and olive oil cake. This is a beauty of a recipe and incorporates not only particularly Greek ingredients but ingredients that I happen to love.
